Siran jewelry products are subjected to return or exchange after being examined by Siran jewelry experts to ensure that the item is in good condition.

In case of exchange, no deduction will occur.

In case of returns, 15% will be deducted.
In case of the return of a customized order, 25% will be deducted.
Gold items are returned based on the international gold pricing on the same day.
