At SIRAN Jewelry, we offer flexible returns & exchanges, for the convenience of our clients. As long as the original purchase receipt is present, the returns or exchanges are applicable.
Is there a specific time window for returns or exchanges?
No, we offer a lifetime warranty on the jewelry pieces purchased from SIRAN Jewelry, which means you may come to return or exchange at any time, through any of our branches or locations here.
I have a jewelry piece I bought from SIRAN Jewelry; can I exchange it with something else? How much money would I lose?
We accept returns & exchanges for SIRAN Jewelry pieces, provided they are accompanied by the original purchase certificate and assessed by one of our jewelry experts to be in saleable condition within the designated time frame.
For diamond pieces:
In terms of exchanges, they are evaluated by our team of jewelry experts, and there are no deduction fees. In the case of returns, a 15% deduction will be applied.
For gold pieces:

Can you send someone to pick up an item I want to return?
Returns or exchanges can only be accepted through any of our branches or locations in our sister brand, The Jewelry House.
I customized an order but no longer want it, and want to return it.
If you wish to return a customized order, please note that a 25% deduction fee will be applied to the total value of the piece.
I purchased a gold piece with pearls and stones and would like to return it — how is the refund calculated?
